GoHighLevel

During your team's call hours, Callingly's AI Agent calls each new GoHighLevel contact as soon as it comes in, then gets the live lead on the phone with a rep.

Works with white-labeled GoHighLevel accounts too, often branded LeadConnector.

Callingly Integrates with GoHighLevel

One tag, added by hand or from a workflow, stops the calls.

What happens to a new GoHighLevel contact.

  1. 1 A new contact comes into GoHighLevel from a lead source that has a routing rule. When you connect, Callingly creates a rule for each source on your 100 most recent contacts. Add one for any other source, or its contacts won't be called.
  2. 2 The AI Agent calls the contact and asks your qualifying questions. If they don't answer, it tries again on your followup sequence. Adding the "Callingly - Stop Calls" tag, for example when an appointment is booked, stops it.
  3. 3 When the contact qualifies, the AI rings a rep, tells them who the lead is and what they said, and warm-transfers the call. If nobody is free, it books a callback.
  4. 4 The rep's call is logged on the contact with a link to the recording.

Try it FREE for 14 days.

Plans start at $100 a month after that.
Customer Service

For agencies: one Callingly account per client.

On Callingly's Agency plan, you set up a separate Callingly account for each client from one client dashboard, and log in as them when they need help. Your clients never deal with Callingly: we bill you, and you bill them. Connect each client account from that client's GoHighLevel sub-account, not from your agency login.

Test it with one GoHighLevel contact.

After you connect, add a test contact from a source you already use, with a phone that isn't on your team, during call hours. Answer as the lead, and a rep takes the transfer.
